A worker dies and several injured in an explosion at an incinerator in Belgium
- At least one person has died and four others have been injured in an incinerator in Indaver, near Antwerp, in the city of Stabroek last Thursday. The news has been collected in the VRT medium and the origin of the deflagration is unknown, according to sources from the Basque Department of Security. This is the second time that an accident has occurred in this incinerator in two years.

The explosion occurred around 15:30 hours, when a truck was performing debris in the area. The 47-year-old operator who was emptying has died, as reported by the VRT in a statement. All four workers have had to be transferred to a hospital by smoke inhalation.
According to the HLN medium, all the staff of the incinerator were evacuated after the explosion.

The Flemish media has also underlined that, in February 2016, there was an explosion in the same company. The images of the black smoke seen from the freeway multiplied.
