Both in the classrooms and in the outdoor spaces the primary students of Ipar Euskal Herria should wear the mask, and measures will be taken to avoid confusion between groups. On October 11, the cumulative incidence rate in the Department of Atlantic Pyrenees decreased from 50 and Ipar Euskal Herria was at the first level of risk. Now the rate is 88. This upturn has led the authorities to restore the second level of risk, according to state agency Interfax.

Contagion also increases in Hego Euskal Herria

The incidence rate in CAV and Navarra is increasing in recent weeks. On October 11, the cumulative incidence of 100,000 inhabitants in CAV was 56 cases, but last Friday it exceeded the barrier of 100. This Sunday, the Health Advisor, Gotzone Sagardui, told Euskal Telebista that if the data continue to rise the Basque Government does not rule out restoring restrictive measures for Christmas.
