Fourth electoral district: Iñaki Etxaniz, left, winner with almost half of the votes
  • The participation in the constituency of Zuberoa, Baja Navarra, Hazparne and some towns of Bearn was 73.9%, almost a higher point than that of the first round. Etxaniz, from the New People’s Front, will be the Member of the Assembly of France, who has scored almost 10 points more than in the first round, which is 47.92% of the votes. The other two candidates have also climbed a bit: The ultra-right RN Sylviane López was made with 28.92% of the votes (16,753 votes) and the right-wing Resistons! Jean Lassalle (13,419).

Turnout in the second round of the French Parliament elections has also been high in the fourth constituency, 19.3 points higher than in the 2022 elections (54.62%).

In the second round, the majority of citizens have also opted for the left front, and Iñaki Etxaniz, candidate for the New Popular Left Front (FHB). Compared to the first round, it obtained 5,794 more votes, which is an increase of almost 10 percentage points. In the 2022 elections Etxaniz also won, with the Nupes party, with 19,936 votes. Now, presented together with the FHB, they have given him 7,826 more votes than on that occasion, and he has remained in fourth position. In 2022 he was very close to the second candidate, in the absence of 90 votes. On this occasion, however, he has left the other two candidates behind; he has been influenced by the difference between the three, rather than between two competitions.

What was expected has passed, and as expected, the fact that they were two other right-wing candidates for re-election was in their favour. In addition, the three PNV candidates clarified at the press conference on 4 July that they would personally support the FHB candidates. It has also predictably influenced the votes in favour of Etxaniz, as the PNV was voted on in the first round by 1,128 people, many of whom could have been placed on the left front.

The right-wing candidate, Sylviane López, has won 1,947 more votes and the right-wing candidate, Lassalle, 2,985 more. It should be noted that in the first round, when he was left out of the conflict, BEÑAT Cachenaut said that "personally" would vote for Lassalle and it could be thought that it would affect the almost 9,000 citizens who voted for Cachenaut in the first round. The data shows that not all of them have directed the vote to the extreme right and to the extreme right, as the rise has not been so high.

Lassalle is in third place (23.16%), but in 28.92% he won López de RN, who was in second position (25.62% versus 18.05% on the far right).
