A man is sentenced to four years in prison after being charged with sexual assault on a 13-year-old girl on a car ride between San Sebastian and Tolosa in 2019. He will pay 10,000 to the victim and must comply with the ten-year removal order. He must also be kept under surveillance when he leaves prison for nine years.

In judgment he accepts the action of man. Although the prosecution and the victim demanded an eight-year prison sentence, the penalty has been reduced, inter alia, by the drunkenness of the accused and the delay in judicial proceedings. The victim has suffered for two months anxiety and depression as a result of these actions.

According to the data provided at the trial, the victim and the defendant are neighbors, and in the early morning of August 16, 2019, walking from San Sebastian, the man started playing the girl's ass. When they arrived at Tolosa, the defendant in the elevator of the building of both kissed the victim, despite his refusal and resistance.
