The European Commission continues to implement the APR project. Pantxoa Tellier, from the CADE, regretted in Euskal Irratiak that the Basque College of Basque Municipalities voted against and would have an obligation to fund the project. He has denounced "fiscal injustice." The cities in which the APR passes will have a tax increase of at least EUR 20 for 30 years.
