The Municipal Guard empties a house occupied by the Old Town of Vitoria-Gasteiz
- After more than seven years of occupation, the number 92 of the Cutlery street is empty.
In 2017 he reported that the Youth Emancipation Network GES occupied three dwellings, one of them Kutxi Street number 92. On Monday at 10:00 many municipal agents have approached and the house has been evicted. For more than two hours a part of the street has been cut off, while municipal police officers and personnel called to cover the eviction have removed the items inside. There has been no resistance.
A large team of policemen takes the Cutlery street between the bars Txapelarri and Hala Bedi and after checking that there was no one, they complete all the paperwork and change the lock to ensure that the owner returns the property after the uprising. An armoured door has been placed at the entrance to prevent more people from entering.
