The Provincial Court of Gipuzkoa condemns the Donostian photographer Kote Cabezudo. He has been sentenced to 28 years and 2 months in prison for one rape, one sexual abuse, two other crimes of fraud against six models and models related to child pornography. The trial took into account the complaints of seventeen women, who must be compensated with EUR 116,000.

He has been acquitted of another 217 crimes that had been charged. The trial against the Cabezudo took place from 7 March to 13 April and the prosecution required a prison sentence of more than 250 years and the private indictment of 2,627 years. He is currently in Martutene prison, occupying the provisional prison since May 2018. The sentence exceeds the maximum 20 years allowed in the Penal Code, so you will not have to serve the eight years and the remaining two months, or the four years you have been in prison. Women filed their first complaints in 2013, and nearly ten years later they have given the judgment to the court on the case. The victims of Kote Cabezudo are grouped into the violence group, and in the publication Pikara Magazine reported, among other things, that the persistence of the instruction is "unacceptable".

Child pornography and sexual assault

Magistrates Maria Jose Barbarin, Ana Isabel Moreno and Augusto Maeso have solved the case of Kote Cabezudo in 340 pages. Crimes are associated with photo sessions with models and are carried out for several years. In the case of two models, they have concluded that their sexual freedom was not respected and have accused the photographer of rape and sexual abuse for having acted “à la carte” with their bodies in the photo shoot, even though women have not given their consent to it. He has also been charged with two fraudulent crimes: two women bought Cabezudo image rights to remove their photos from the website, but they have decided that he did nothing to remove them from the other websites, so they consider fraud proven.

He is also charged with juvenile offences, six related to child pornography. They have confirmed that photographs of six of the victims are child pornography, and that four of them had disseminated them on the websites, including those of another. The judges prescribe the cases of five other victims.
