BooM comic: Conference on Comics and Social Illustration in Ansoáin
  • Following the path started last year, the organizers of the Komiki BooM Ansoáin conference invite us to reflect on our world through comics and illustrations. The second edition will be held between 25 January and 7 February this year.

The program includes exhibitions, a fanzine workshop and comic book presentations.

One of the exhibitions is dedicated to the comic book Gerezi garaia, by illustrator Mikel Santos 'Belatz'. The documentary depicts the life of anarchist militant Lucio Urtubia. The second focuses on the Warriors comic book, carried out among several authors.

On the other hand, three comics will be presented in these days: Elijah Taño competes with God, Fatherland, Fueros and Altsasu; Juanarete and David Tapia with the Front of Ordesa; and Yurre Ugarte and Joana Maiz, by Joseba Larratxo.
