The young Jon Ander Cob and Julen Goikoetxea, charged in the Alsasua case, have spent the night in their homes, after spending Tuesday from the second to the third grade. The two youths were sentenced to the lowest prison terms among the defendants, but they moved to the third grade, which was granted a change of grade on day 1.147 of detention.
Until recently they have had to spend the nights in Zabalarra prison, but once they have obtained the third grade, they will no longer have to sleep in prison.
