The Joarites shake the carnival signal in Ituren
- The joaldunak of Zubieta met on 1 January in Ituren Square to break the silence and make the sign of carnival.
According to the chronicles of the Ttipi-ttapa and Naiz media, the Zubieta joaldunak made their annual visit to Ituren. But they have gathered much less joaldun than in previous years, and in Ituren I did not expect any spectators. They have turned the people around and gathered together Ituren's neighbours to make a parade between the members of the two peoples.
The hand-shaped banner shows the following message: "We'll enjoy them in 2022. Watch it."
