– As COVID-19 spreads from east to west it is dramatically altering social and community life.

– Statistics and mortality analyses are increasing, but prefabricated theoretical models are being applied, sometimes with clear real figures to overestimate or underestimate the situation.

– The first theoreticians of the economy, society and politics are made visible by quarantine and confinement. Isn't it a strategy to generate social control? Not only, but they can play that role.

– Because COVID-19 has displaced the phenomenon of terrorism. There is little data to think that the biological war between the United States and China has spread.

– There are “black hands” of evil financiers, transnational corporations, cleptocrats and neofascists, union mafias… Have they launched the disaster? Common beliefs! Behind these beliefs may be “likelihood”, but they are not enough to reach the human condition. It's not that simple.

– The conspiracy of attempts that can take place at the current juncture can be found between the destructive theories and the zombie categories. However, they may be of the same type as “repressive state” and “plague state”.

– In Italy, Spain and France, as well as in several regions of South America and the United States there is no state of emergency, state of war, state of emergency or state of siege. On the contrary, there is a plague state.

– Basically, in the 14th century the model of the “Black Death”, still present in the historical memory of the West, has been taken as a reference. However, the death toll has not reached 20 or 40 million deaths at that time on either continent. However, the catalytic effect influences the awareness of our mortality.

– We have not arrived, but we can reach a “plague regime”. This is first set up and then can become an absolute political and social priority. This also helps to reduce (minimize) pre-pandemic problems.

– Surprisingly, the media has dropped its voice: they do not talk about the common crime that has formed, increasingly linked to the global economy, political and judicial bodies, and also cleptocratic ones.

– The plague state is not an institutional emergency order, nor is it structured by inter-human activities articulating a system that is based on moral or legal platforms. But that regime has a kind of personal and collective animo. That is, people cling to the plague state because they want to continue to live. The state of pulse encourages the recovery of the flow of charity and normalization. In other words, for good people, solidarity is the most appropriate attitude to get out of the critical situation and to be able to meet their expectations.

– It was unknown when the “enemy” appeared (Covid-19). But, after three months, laboratories in China, Cuba, Germany and the United States have taken decisive steps towards their elimination. These… when neoliberal policies have destroyed basic health structures.

– In this regard, the limits of public and personal security have been highlighted. The sudden onset of COVID-19 is causing an enormous appearance in an ideological and ethical context. – The powers obviously look after their strategic interests and will not give up on them. However, this does not guarantee the theory of alleged conspiracies, which cannot and do not control the situation. Not all control comes from outside. Continuous ideological and moral judgments are not appropriate. – The plague state is based on the sense and responsibility of individuals and groups, even though they have had to fight hard against heterogeneous pressures. Factual powers cannot go very far, if people do not self-discipline, and that is staying. What remains is not, however, a voluntary and compulsory service for the people.

– The plague state opens new lines on existential, political, economic and living levels. Donald Trump and his allies are aware of this. They have realized the weakness of the hegemonic global system. And they've realized the dependency on human nature.

– Therefore, nothing is like it was before. It is a question of defining the sign and direction of future changes.
