- The denunciation of the massacre in Gaza will be held on 22 December in the town square of Azpeitia. The citizens will read out the names of tens of thousands of Palestinians killed by Israel.
On 22 December the Azpeitia Elkar-Ekin group organised a special initiative to denounce the genocide in Israel and to show solidarity with the Palestinians. You will recall the thousands of Palestinians killed since 7 October, which are already more than 18,000. Citizens participating in the initiative will read a list of names on a rotating basis in two or three minutes. The reading will take place in the town square and will last for several hours.
Each participant will be given the nominal ratio to read. There have already been 110 volunteers who have gone to the reading and all those who wish to do so will be able to sign up until 18 December. Once the list of all participants has been closed, they will determine the timing, the list of names and the starting and ending hours of the initiative.
