For the realization of the documentary, the Pare association had the invaluable collaboration of the Iraqi historian Mertxe Tranche. It is precisely the historian who directs the historical tour: the tour will make it possible to get to know the women that appear in the documentary.

The documentary will be screened on 21 February at 19:00 at the Oiasso Museum in Irun. In order to assist in conciliation, there will be a haurtxoko. The tour will take place on March 16 and will start at 11:00 hours from Plaza San Juan de Irun. For three months, elementary students have worked a woman in seven educational centers and their contributions will have a special place during the walk.

The protagonists of the documentary

The documentary includes the recruiters who made the return journey between Irun and Donostia on foot, especially the fighters, to Vicenta Olazabal, a woman who had much to say in the urban transformation of Irun, to the sculptor Dolores Salis, to the painter Menchu Gal, to the footballer Leire Landa and to Julia Iluretagoiena.

The Pare Association works for equality and, among other things, has launched the Asun Casasola Storytelling Contest.
