- On Saturday, the Socialist Council of the Region of Pamplona/Iruña made the occupation of the old Gelbenzo cinema in the Arrosadia district, and the National Police and the Municipal Police of Pamplona on Tuesday made their eviction.
According to the Socialist Council, during this period the presence of the police forces in the vicinity of the film building has been constant, preventing the activities that the members of the council wanted to carry out.
They have also denounced that they have not been taught any judicial documents to evict the building: "This arbitrary order violates in one fell swoop our scarce possibility of legal defence," the Council of Justice Ministers said. The Socialist Council has called for a rally to be held this Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in front of Gelbenzo's film in Donostia.
