They will be switched on every day at 17:45 and off at 23:00, except for special days which will be off at 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning.

The contract was awarded to the Andalusian company Illuminaciones Ximénez, amounting to EUR 324,885, when last year they invested EUR 215,000. The company in charge of lighting in Vigo, Madrid and other cities in the Spanish State has obtained a contract below the tender price, amounting to 363,000 euros.

In the words of the City of Pamplona, the main objective is to encourage the citizens to buy in small shops and hospitality in the city, "as well as to walk quietly through the streets and squares of the city, while observing various decorative elements and aesthetic proposals".

In total, more than 250 arches will be installed in the city, lights that promote interaction with the citizens (Plaza del Castillo), Christmas prints (half a dozen places)... and, if the safety of the tree is guaranteed, also in the trees.
