The people who signed this letter express our concern about the Iruña Veleia case and, because of the concern, we want to make our opinion public.

The first thing we want to say is that there is a problem, a problem that has lasted year after year and that has not yet been solved. The problems are not solved with the neck. The mere emphasis does not eliminate social conflicts. Ostrich making is never the solution.

Secondly, we state that the institutions must address the issue and provide the means for the problem to be resolved definitively.

Thirdly, we want to say that we firmly believe that it is science that can provide answers and that, therefore, scientists must be given the floor.

As citizens, we call on parties and institutions with political responsibility to provide the means for science to clarify the Iruña Veleia case.
