Iran is in a social earthquake when police killed Marsha Amini, a Kurdish woman. The Islamic police arrested the woman and tortured her for misuse of hijab. The fact has sparked many protests across the country. But the Asian country is not the only one fighting for women’s rights, demands are being made in different parts of the world.

In this context, public television from the Iranian state has been hacked by the Edalat-e Ali group on Saturday night in the midst of the star information programme. In the images a mask and a message appeared among the flames of Supreme Chief Ali Khamenak. The assembly pointed to the leader and had messages "women, life and freedom".

Edalat-e Ali showed Ali Khamaien's image with the phrase "The blood of our young people depends on you." The images also showed photographs of Mahsa Amin and three other deceased teenagers. The people of Iran are united to protest and be part of the uprising against Amini's death.

200 women dead

According to some organizations, more than 200 women have been killed since the protests for Amini's death began on 16 September. Discontent is growing and universities have become the center of protests. Like the young university students in Tehran, the rest of women continue to smoke hair as a protest.
