Iñigo Balbas (firefighter): "Coronavirus will pass, but the military will stop."
- Iñigo Balbas is a firefighter and trade union representative at LAB. The military has denounced that behind the work being carried out in Navarre "there are propaganda purposes".
The military emergency unit of the Government of Spain is currently in Navarre, performing disinfection operations and similar operations. Balbas has denounced that these missions are not urgent and that the Government of Navarra has sufficient means to carry them out.
It has therefore criticised the fact that these functions are "pure propaganda" and stressed that those which "are absolutely necessary" are health workers and medical equipment. And he warns: that the coronavirus crisis is going to end, but that the military will stay there.
