- The jurors of each area have highlighted the translation of the book of simultaneous accounts of Ingeborg Bachmann and the testimony of the Bertsolaris women of the book kontrako Eztarritik.
Idoia SANTAMARIA, Uxue Alberdi, Aixa de la Cruz and Borja Barragre complete the list of winners of the 2020 Euskadi Awards. Santamaría has been awarded the award for the translation of the book of simultaneous stories by Ingeborg Bachmann; Alberdi will receive the trial prize for the book of testimonies in contrast; and the jurors of the awards have highlighted in Spanish Aixa de la Cruz Change of Idea and Long Life to the Social Democracy of Borja Barrague.
Each of the winners will receive EUR 18,000 and another EUR 4,000 if the work done is published in another language, except in the translation language.
Last week the winners of the other categories of the 2010 Euskadi Awards were announced. The awards ceremony will be held on 19 November at the Alhóndiga de Bilbao.
