The artist LKN, exposed on Karlos Avenue III.aren of Pamplona, has been sabotaged two days after her placement. They are reproductions of the artist's original works made in original size and printed on aluminum panels. In another of the images, "Navarra defends" (Navarra defends itself).

The exhibition was born with the objective of responding to an exhibition that was evicted in the La Morea shopping center of Pamplona. In fact, he had to withdraw the exhibition after receiving several complaints. The use of LGTBI+ themes and some religious figures generated several complaints among the right wing sectors. The ultra-conservative sectors described it as "insulting and anti-Catholic" and their leaders decided to suspend the exhibition. Among the criticisms received he received a letter asking him “the prayer for the artist”. To answer in red he has put the title of the exhibition that these days you can visit in the streets of Pamplona: I would ask you to support me.

Although this is not the first attack on the works of the LKN, the artist has said that it “hurts a lot” to see his work frustrated. He described this as "surprising" and concluded that the attack was caused by religious beliefs, he added. He explained that they understood "everything upside down," that this is a way of honoring well-known people: “I’m honoring the characters, I’m not criticizing religious beliefs.”

Although he has grieved him not to respect the artist's work, he has also said that he has felt "an aesthetic pain" that has caused him. “When I went to see the exhibition, I was glad to see people pass by, take pictures, the children pointing the images… It was very nice to see people interacting with the works, that has changed now.”

The spokeswoman for the Government of Navarra, Amparo López, said on Wednesday that "condemns" this type of "vandal acts" and said that "artistic creation must be respected". The LKN now intends to denounce the saboteurs, taking advantage of the fact that this is an area of the city with many security cameras.
