On August 22, the residents of Baños de Ebro warned that Iberdrola was cutting without authorization the trees located on the banks of the Ebro River. In this regard, Ekologistak Martxan has submitted his complaint, as he reported Alea.eus.

Although the Spanish Ministry of Ecological Transition has authorized the electric line, the report issued by the ministry has revealed a ban on the felling of trees in the area. Ekologistak Martxan accuses Iberdrola of not complying with the project specifications.
