In June the oral examination of the minor will be held and there is still doubt as to whether the court will be bilingual in order to be able to carry out this test in Basque. Ekhi Erremunerdegi made the chronicle of the emergency trial held in Pau on 23 May in Berria: Seaska’s lawyer, Alain Larrea, has argued that in the agreement between Seaska, the Basque Public Entity (EEP) and the French Ministry of Education in 2019, the principal oral examination of the underage can also be carried out in Basque. In particular, the text of the convention reads as follows: "Students of immersion models in the Baccalaureate will be able to write in Basque in the common tests of continuous control of History and Geography and in the common tests of continuous control of scientific teaching. Finally, students from bilingual departments and immersion models will be able to make a part of the loud voice in Basque".

As Seaska students learn Basque, lawyer Larrea has argued that if they cannot use this language in the exam they are "harmed" and has asked that the court of the principal oral examination of the minor be bilingual. If these oral tests carried out in Euskera were not recognized by the French Ministry of Education, Seaska has announced that it "could bring this decision to trial". The Judge asks if there are ways to make the request of Seaska in practice and Hur Gorostiaga, director of the Ikastolas Confederation, replies that yes, the OPE has a list with more than a hundred Basque teachers working in public and private education.
