The Huntza group announces its farewell through a social media release. It was created in 2014 in a university environment and its first appearance took place in March 2016. Its trajectory has been almost ten years, bringing the trikitixa and the Basque country to many parts of the Basque Country and the world.

The group explained in the note that every road causes fatigue and that once accumulated they need "time to recover": "It is not easy to say that we are going to stop. But that's what they ask us, more than the heart, the head and the body." They have also taken advantage of the note to thank the followers who have accompanied: "That has been the nicest on the road and the one that has satisfied us the most." "That when the lights go off, the music of the Huntza, the square and the streets, the bars and queserĂas, the houses and dancing on the bar," the group added.

In this time he has offered about 250 concerts, created over 30 songs and published three albums: Ertzetatik, in 2016; Xilema, in 2018; and Nothing can be expected, in 2021.

With Aldapan gora he has achieved the greatest echo and has become the song in Basque with more auditions on the Youtube platform, with almost 14 million reproductions.

As if it were the last, they call the "special concert" they've organized for farewell. They say every concert they have left will end "enjoying" as if it were the last. The last concert will take place on February 3, 2024 at the Miribilla Arena in Bilbao at 20:00 and tickets will be sold on March 1
