- In order to promote the knowledge of Euskera in the south of Navarre, to promote the use of Euskera and to promote positive attitudes towards Euskera, the Ageraldia collective has organized a 20-kilometer course along the Bardenas on October 1.
Under the title “Santxikorrota” this popular, competitive but unrewarded test has been launched, in which you can see the main places of the White Bardena. The test will start from the perimeter road and end at Plaza de Arguedas.
This year, as a novelty, in addition to 20 kilometers in length, another 7.8 kilometers in length has been added, shorter, according to the last kilometers of the main test and that will end in Plaza de Arguedas.
The 20-kilometer test will not have any financial prizes, but registration will have to be paid (to cover the expenses of the organization) with a maximum of 400 participants. Payment shall be made at the time of registration and the test shall not be exclusive to elite brokers. The long distance category will start at 10:30 on the perimeter road of the Polígono de Tyre.
Participants are prohibited from approaching vehicles to the point of departure, so they will only be able to access the buses installed by the organisation. Buses will depart at 09:30 from an esplanade next to the sports club of Arguedas. However, the registration must be done on the internet, so each corridor will receive its dorsal when it goes up to the bus. The 7,8 kilometer race will take place an hour later.
