Last Friday the Municipal Police arrested a man in Vitoria to release him, with the order of removal. The arrest was reported by the newspaper El Correo and according to this source the Court of Instruction No. 4 of Vitoria and the Municipal Police are investigating the man accused of sexual assault on two minor daughters.
The mother of the two girls assaulted, the former partner of the man who is investigating, interposes the complaint. He has stated that the attacks occurred in a period of about seven years, in the privacy of the home. In other words, the assaults on children were systematic throughout these years, until they allegedly ceased four years ago.
In addition to that of Vitoria, more sexual assaults have been reported in recent days. On Sunday through the City Council of Pamplona it was known that on Saturday night a woman suffered a sexual assault. From the City Hall, together with solidarity and support for women, they expressed their desire to preserve their rights and privacy and gave no further details about the attack.
The third reported sexual assault took place in San Sebastian in the early hours of Saturday to Sunday. A 14-year-old woman denounces the rape of a man in the Riberas district of Loiola, in a festive atmosphere. According to the security department, the alleged aggressor is also a minor. In addition to sexual assaults, more cases of male violence have been reported these days. The news reported on Tuesday that a minor tweeted by the Provincial Council of Álava denounced an educator for sexual abuse last Monday.
