In order to get out of the traditional schemes and create a different school, a group of teachers started to implement the pedagogical model of school education that we know today. They were also based on relations between the children of the people. Since then, it's been 38 years. They traveled to the Catalan countries and met different pedagogical models here and there. And they learned. They fought day and night for their own educational model that taught younger generations. Along the way, some parents and neighbours met. And they did. They managed to use magic powders and create a magic recipe that puts the student at the center of the educational process.
The results of this work are well known to the students who have gone through it. Sometimes we remember the stories of school, teachers and students. We pride ourselves on where we are and where we have learned: We've been students at the Antzuola Public School. Undoubtedly, this is an educational model that adapts to the needs of each student. It is a methodology that allows the reflection of each student based on the model of projects selected at the initiative of the students. Beyond being an empty number, it is a center that takes into account the child in its entirety, without qualification. The teachers who have worked so far have been able to create their own curriculum. Unfortunately, it is a school that is in a critical situation. Yours and mine. From the people.
The time has come for teachers who placed the first stones in the educational model to retire. The need for a fixed teacher is evident to ensure the transmission and maintenance of the project. Otherwise, the game is over. It is clear to the public what the way forward is. It is clear to us that we will continue to defend the educational model we have. And we're moving from a young age, we're planting seeds for new generations. However, it is the public administration that has to take the step.
It is the situation of the school that must take steps to support the project. It should take steps towards another pedagogical educational model. It should abandon the plans created by pain and respect the autonomy of each school. And we ask for it. We ask them to support the project that we love. We ask them to defend the most appropriate model for those who come. Let them take into account the clamour of citizenship. Listen to our word and take account of what we have to say.
In short, the school has taught us to reflect. It teaches us to look at the environment from another point of view. It has taught us to be critical beyond what we're told to be true. It has taught us to adapt to situations and, where necessary, to respect and accept the environment. It has taught us to know ourselves and to accept us. It has taught us to be what I am today. And live freer. That is why we are clear: We support the educational model of the Antzuola Public School, and you?
