Discover animals from towns and cities, the challenge of Kale Natura for this year
  • The aim of the second edition of Kale Natura is to focus on birds, fish insects, mammals and animals in general found in the garden below the house, in the park, in the cracks of the walls, next to the river...

The initiative, organised by the Txatxilipurdi Association Guraso.eus, gave plants the lead last year, and this year has put animals on the front line. “Although the village model of recent decades has reduced the lives of towns and surrounding areas by cementing natural spaces, there are still birds that visit us, animals that are found in the most remote corners of towns, surviving insects or fish that reproduce in streams.”

Until May 31, people have been encouraged to take a photo and nominate it to animals found in neighborhoods, towns and cities. The photo can be sent by Whatsapp or Telegram (688 724 205) and by email komunikazioa@txatxilipurdi.eus.
