The Electoral Commission prohibits Puigdemont, Comin and Ponsatí (JxCat) from being candidates for the European elections

Citizens and pp had denounced to the Central Electoral Board of Madrid the presence of the three exiled politicians in JxCat’s candidacy, claiming that they are not registered on the list of Spaniards resident abroad. Puigdemont, Comín and Ponsa have two days to file an appeal against the decision of the Generalitat of Catalonia.
