Under the motto "no to social protest judgment", several members of the promoters of the BDH dynamics have focused on the Donostian court. In May last year the International Tourism Organization held a conference in San Sebastian in which the agents gathered under the umbrella of the dynamic La Vida es Mayor organized a week of struggle in the capital.

On 23 May, NTE members met in Tabakalera, and several citizens focused on the entrance to the building to protest. The Ertzaintza responded with an aggressive attitude, causing one of the attendees to fall to the ground, according to the same sources. Then another mate threw himself on him to protect him. Both were arrested and today it was the first session of the trial.

The BDH has today mobilized itself against the criminalisation of social protest and in solidarity with its partner. Irutxuloko journalist Hitza, Iñaki Agirre, has reported that the Ertzaintza has identified several people, as well as journalists who were filming the time of the identifications.

Today’s call for concentration was announced on 17 September. In fact, on that day another citizen had a trial in which he was charged with the occupation of a building during the week of struggle organized by the BDH. However, the sitting had to be suspended. According to Irutxuloko Hitza, some Ertzainas had to testify that day, but the court has not sent them any notification and, therefore, have not appeared in the court.
