After February 15, the unions LAB, SAE, UGT, ELA and CCOO have called for a new strike for March 23 at the Navarro Health Service. The reasons have been "the government's closing and lack of negotiating will". Meetings will be held in the workplace and other protest events before the strike.

They have also announced the total loss of confidence as interlocutors with the Director-General of the Department of Health, "as deaf ears to any demand outside the medical community, due to the remarkable classism of the proposals and the unequal treatment with the unions". They therefore call for the relationship with this strike commission not to be with Carlos Artundo. "It is time to explain the public functions and the political groups, and not Mr Artundo, why in Osasunbidea there can be no job improvement for the entire workforce. Why for some groups there is a budget and not for others."

The trade unions denounce the refusal of the Government of Navarra to "genuinely negotiate" trade union petitions. "The only meeting held by the Department of Health and the Strike Commission before day 15 was irreversible." The administration subsequently rejected all the demands on the table and did not accept any allegations from the trade unions.

"The meeting of the General Committee on the 17th was not different either, and the Health Department continued to impose the agreement reached with the Medical Union without wanting to talk about other union proposals."
