The three young men were accused of violently coercing the piquet owner to be closed by a betting house and of threatening the victim with various weapons. The National Police arrested the three young people in the early hours of yesterday and days after their arrest.

The prosecutor had asked for a two-year prison sentence and an order of 200 metres away from the betting house allegedly forced to close. Now, the judge has acquitted the three youths because there is not enough evidence to support the indictment and a recording presented at the trial points out that when the three defendants entered the premises they did not only talk to the staff of the establishment and that the video shows that there were no threats or violence.

The magistrate also points out that "the police presence at all times did not require any kind of intervention", which is why the peaceful attitude of the accused in the case is ratified.
