The High Court of Justice of the Basque Country has ratified the judgment given by the Social Court No. 11 of Bilbao. According to the judgment, the distributors of Glovo are false self-employed. ELA conducted the trial of 53 plaintiffs.

The ELA ruling states that it is an important step: the step against the precariousness suffered by this sector and that it is spreading to other areas. The union says it is going to promote agreements with minimum wages of 1,200 euros, for which it drives the specific regulation of this group.
