Different activities, events and round tables have been held for three days. The organizers have pointed out that "the multitude" has come together, and that in the demonstration "thousands" of people have followed.

The central event took place on 2 November, following a demonstration in the streets of Alsasua. GKS and AI are committed.

The organizers of the Socialist Gazte Topagune have called for the “international approach” and have announced that they will work to “consolidate a strong socialist alternative” in the Basque Country. Racism and machismo

In the speech, the “regressive projects” that are spreading in Europe and in the Basque Country have been put to the spotlight. GKS and AI point out that the Socialist Movement is not going to let these trends take hold. Workers of different ages, genders, religions and origins have committed themselves to “building pathways to the struggle of socialism”.

International landscape

He added that the consequences of these “criminal policies” are “the usual ones”, that is, the working class and, above all, the working people of the periphery. They have reminded the Middle East and called for the disappearance of Israel. They have shown their solidarity with Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen, “as well as with all the countries that the imperialist states of the world oppress and exploit.”
