As the news reported, the couple was at the Abanto (Bizkaia) festivities and around 06:00, when they returned from the party home, they were attacked. They denounce the first mockery and the subsequent beating. As a result of the blows, one of the victims fell to the ground, hit his head against the ground and had to be hospitalized.

The victims have not formally denounced the Ertzaintza and the aggressors have not been arrested.
