- The General Boards of Gipuzkoa have adopted a motion that the child in prison should not be separated from his parents. Once the motion has been adopted, the request will be sent to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior
The General Boards of Gipuzkoa have approved the motion submitted by the initiative Xua Gurasoak Etxera and Sare, which will be forwarded to the Directorate of Penitentiary Institutions, the Supervisory Judge and the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. In the opinion of the signatories, "for justice, they should not be separated from their parents, but also for the benefit of coexistence".
