French justice orders the release of Georges Abdallah, the oldest political prisoner in Europe
  • On 24 October last, Lebanese Georges Ibrahim Abdallah has been in pre-trial detention in the French State for 40 years. Militant for the freedom of Palestine, he was the creator of the Revolutionary Armed Fraction of Lebanon, and he is accused of killing an Israeli diplomat and an American.
