As explained by the organizers at the presentation press conference, there are few localities that have a link between Leintz Gatzaga and a specific economic activity. In this case, it has been the salt industry, an activity that promoted the foundation of the villa, as demonstrated by the name of the town. The salt fountain is about 250 meters from the village, next to the old castle of Dorleta. There is the Salt Museum.

The humanization process of the forests of Leintz Gatzaga, led by forest guards of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, will begin at 9:30 hours with a guided mountain route. Beginning at 11:00 pm, the salt and organic products fair will be held in the pediment, with the participation of 18 producers from Debagoiena and surroundings and representatives from other salts.
