Lazarraga Kultur Elkartea resolved the discrepancies with the city council of Vitoria-Gasteiz and signed the 2024 agreement in June. Since the collection of the keys to the Palazzo Ruiz de Bergara, the members of the association have worked to open the cultural center as soon as possible. The theater will be opened on July 18, at 18:15, at ETB-2. As of July 10, the web was launched and social networks were launched. From 22 July onwards, they will begin to hold a number of calls: To the table, an open call for small format plays and monologues; Muina, a bag of proposals for all citizens who want to perform a cultural activity; and Egin Leku, a plaza for novice musicians.

Lukas Etxeberria, member of Lazarraga Kultur Elkartea, said: “Izaskun Arrue Kulturgunea will be open to everyone because we want all Basque cultures to be shared. Therefore, all Gasteiztarras are invited to CAMA.”

On 19 and 22 July, several guided tours of the exhibition have been organized. Two visits will be made each day, at 10:00 and 11:00. On the first day the two will be in Basque, the second in Basque and the third in Spanish. On August 6, during the festivities of Vitoria-Gasteiz, the family activity will take place, starting at 11:00 hours. Set by Prospero Teatro, children and youth will be able to enjoy games created with recycled objects and objects that are thrown on a daily basis.

After the summer the frequency of the programming will be three months, and the presentation will be by seasons of the year. As from the second weekend of September, the autumn programming will therefore be launched. The aim of CAMA is to work the entire culture chain: creativity, production, staging or exhibition, communication and audiences. The CAMA has explained that in addition to dynamizing the city, Vitoria-Gasteiz will become a new space to normalize the use of Euskera through Basque culture and leisure.
