On the occasion of the G7 summit which this year will bring together the leaders of the seven richest countries in the world in Biarritz, the G7EZ! From the platform several activities have been organized this weekend in the four capitals of Hego Euskal Herria.

The day has begun in Pamplona/Iruña. At 10:30 in the morning they met in the Plaza de San Francisco to take a space for debate and reflection on the G7 summit and its consequences. In the first hour, the attendees have been distributed in four different spaces depending on the topics to be discussed. Next, Jaume Osete, member of the Rebel·lío group, has delivered a conference on the climate emergency.

In Vitoria-Gasteiz a kalejira has been celebrated through the streets of the old part of the Alavesa capital. Freestyle poteo has also been carried out, which has ended with a massive image of the G7 summit, where many images have been placed.

In Bilbao, Merkel, Trump and the other G7 leaders have met at 12:30 hours to take photographs of the city. Behind the scenes, dozens of people have spoken out against the city summit.

Finally, in the afternoon a demonstration was held in Donostia under the motto "Gipuzkoarrok G7ari EZ!" Lemona.

Call to Biarritz

G7EZ! From the platform they have called for participation in the demonstration to be held on 13 July in Biarritz. They have also called for participation in the counterclockwork that will take place between 21 and 23 agosto.Para on 24 August, a demonstration has been organised from Irun to Hendaia, and on 25 August, protests have been called against the summit.

They have also denounced the obstacles that the platforms have suffered to organise the counter-attack and have called for the construction of a new world in Euskal Herria in front of the G7.
