If that were not enough, the police violence trial will be held on 26 June in the Baiona Court. In particular, a young demonstrator suffered severe facial injuries when he received a police flashball on his face. Police abuses occurred during the demonstration on 18 December 2018 in Biarritz, as part of a protest at the G7 summit. It will therefore be an important matter, as complaints against the police are not usually prosecuted.

The demonstrator had denounced the X for "a law enforcement officer" who used "aggravated armed violence", according to the same sources. The National Police Inspectorate opened an investigation in which it identified two police officers who shot in December last year. Lola Villabriga is a student beaten by the police and is in the case with attorney Sophie Bussière.
