As expected, the Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office has not changed its mind and is again calling for Jakes Esnal and Ion Parot working prisoners to be held in jail. The Prosecutor ' s attitude, repeatedly resorting to the freedom of the two Basque prisoners, has led to the prolongation of his prison, which has been in lockdown for 32 years.

The Esnal affair was to be reviewed by the Court of Appeal on 19 May, but it has postponed the date to this day, because I also wanted to know the opinion of the French Evaluation Centre. In the case of Ion Parot, on 16 June the court decided on conditional release, but the prosecutor also appealed.

This 21 July, therefore, in the appearance of standing before the magistrates. Thus, in view of the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the final judgment will be given on 22 September, it appears.

According to Bake Bideak, "the judges obsessed by the mere vision of security do not take into account the unique character of the Basque question". For this reason, he calls on the citizens to participate in the mobilizations of the day of the blockade they have organized on Saturday 23 July.
