The Basque Water Agency, URA, assured on Sunday in Euskadi Irratia that the officials of the Basque Water Agency (URA) had personated themselves in the place to take fish samples, half an hour after the discovery of the dead fish in the Arkaitzerreka River headed towards the Oria River was known.
