The Basque Cooperative Dot has launched the Euskozeno project, in collaboration with the Badalab Language and Social Innovation Laboratory of Errenteria (Gipuzkoa) and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. They include visual artists such as El Chivo Peludo, chefs such as Javi Rivero, SOS Racism and Déjàvú theatre groups, fashion designers such as Aritz De La Hera and artists such as Amaia Lejarreta.
First, the press conference mentioned the "artifact", the main tool for collective reflection on Basque identity. Two sessions have been held at the moment. The third will take place on Saturday, 13 May.
On the other hand, the Hitzak project, consistent with the new realities that emerge in daily life, is a new collection that aims to reflect the evolution of language. By deleting some words, they want to introduce others. For example, make them disappear perfectly and to the Amazon, introduce lesbian and inshallabed.
The third "artifact" of the platform is Corpus's set, defined as "creative interpretations to represent the new protagonists of Basque culture". These reflections can be the starting point for them.
Javi Rivero, cook of the AMA restaurant of Tolosa, is the creator of the last Corpus. After work on the Diaspora, the cook has represented his Euskozene with a "special photo", a round table that reflects the diversity of the Basque Country. To this end, he has had the collaboration of the Tiempo study and other members of the team and has been collected in a video. The next transfer will be made by the artist Amaia Lejarreta.
