- The demonstration was organized by the Bizia platform under the motto “Health and Freedom”. They have criticised the law that the Basque Government wants to adopt in June and have called for the rights that have been expropriated to be recovered. In the opinion of the organisers, the measures being taken cannot be justified by the health crisis.
According to the information provided by the organizers, some 2,500 people have appeared on 15 May in the capital of Alavesa. People from Álava, Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa have gathered in the Alavesa capital, among other places.
The callers have censored the law that the Basque Government intends to adopt and have rejected its position. The Bizitza platform listed 11 reasons for participating in the demonstration:
- Because primary care has disappeared without any justification and is seriously affecting the health of the population.
- Because they're confining healthy people and treating them as sick.
-Because they force us to wear a mask at all times and in all places (even for sports), something that does not happen throughout Europe.
-Because the PCR test is not done as the World Health Organization says, that is, only when there are symptoms and at 22 cycles.
-Because vaccination is not being done with vaccines, but with genetic drugs.
Because vaccination is being carried out without the medical review and without the informed consent.
-Because they don't want to use other therapies to cure COVID-19.
-Because they want to close 75% of the hospitality and reduce social relations.
-Because they are pushing small and medium-sized businesses and businesses to close.
-Because they deny the scientific debate.
-Because repression and oppression have increased.
