The news has been received by Euskalerria Irratia. The City of Barañáin wants to create lists of substitutions for educators and educators for two children's schools. To do so, he has put the exams on the same day and at the same time, in Basque and in Spanish. Therefore, bilingual candidates are required to participate in one of the two modalities. According to EH Bildu, this way of speaking "discriminates" against Basques. Euskalerria Irratia receives the statement of EH Bildu de Barañain: "This discriminatory method of drawing up lists in the field of education was passed years ago in Navarre and now all people are offered the possibility of performing examinations of the same specialty provided they have the required qualifications. In Barañáin, for ten years, the way it works has been a unique list, and EH Bildu considers that this method is the most operational and the most fair". According to the training, "Euskarafobas policies of the government team are hampering the functioning of the institution".

In the City Hall of Cendea of Cizur there are no places in Basque

The same media has also reported this discrimination against the Basque population. The Official Bulletin of Navarra of 22 July states: The staff of the City Council of 2024 will be composed of twelve jobs, with no Basque knowledge being required in any of them. The Basque Country will not be counted as merit either. The theme comes from 2016: The Administrative Tribunal of Navarra annulled the organic staff of the City Council of the Cendea of Cizur in order not to provide for a job related to the Basque Country. The resolution made special reference to the European Charter of Regional and Minority Languages. The Erreniega de la Cendea de Cizur Group appealed against the City Hall’s claims, which ultimately proved to be the winner. The City Hall has not complied with what was decided by the court and the Erreniega Group has described the attitude of the municipality as "shameful".
