This morning the third edition of the Creativity Festival starts in Galdakao, which will last until Sunday. The Kurtzeko Square will be occupied by Basque culture and there will be theatre, bertsos, concerts and fair in the coming days. Suppose the bertsolaris Julio Soto and Alaia Martín today complete a session of literary bertsos, following the themes that the writer Oier Guilla has set in motion.

This spring's programming has begun with the same starting points and objectives as in previous editions, focused on the transmission of culture in Basque.

Inés Osinaga, Lorea Argarate and Olatz Salvador will publish the #Mauriziakezdauinorhil show tomorrow at 21:00. In the context of the Feministad, last November the spectacular was made public:

Tribute to Juan Karlos Irizar

On Sunday at 13:30 in Kurtzeko Plaza, the musician and composer Juan Karlos Irizar will be honored. The concert will feature the music band Da Capo, the txistu band Ad Libitum and the choir of the Maxima Moreno music school.

In April of last year, an oñatian artist died with a close relationship with Galdakao. He is the creator, among others, of the set of works The Historical Memory of Galdakao, composed to remember the bombing of 1937. He was also the director of the local music band for twenty years.

Since today the organizers have determined that in autumn they will also take the town square. More specifically from 10 to 13 November, always with the aim of influencing the transmission of Basque culture.
