- The products of the producers participating in the Errigora initiative, whose objective is to promote agricultural production and the Basque country in the south of Navarra, have been used during this course in ten collective dining rooms. In the coming years it is intended to go further in this direction.
The test was carried out in the dining rooms of six ikastolas, three public schools and an industrial cooperative. Navarre oil, rice, legumes, peppers, tomato, pasta and asparagus serve to prepare meals.
With this, Errigorri has pointed out that the different areas of the Basque Country and the stable and permanent relations between the centre and the south of Navarra are being underpinned. On the other hand, he stressed that this project will also serve to promote a model of non-speculative intermediation and the steps towards other production models.
In the coming years, Errigorri intends to develop and disseminate the project line that began in the course of 2021-2022 in the Azkue de Lekeitio, Betiko de Leioa, Toloskao Laskorain, Zubimusu and Oreretako Ikastola de Villabona, in the schools of Bekobenta de Larina,
