Dani, the segon talp d’estat per espiar l’activisme. Under this title, the Direct Media have identified another infiltrate of the Spanish Police.

C.P. Dani also worked in Euskal Herria in the occupied Errekaleor district of Vitoria. Journalists Gemma García, Jesús Rodríguez and David Bou address the issue in one of the sub-reports: Unes jornades al País Basc, trampolí cap a Madrid (Conference in Euskal Herria, trampoline for Madrid).

On June 7, ARGIA published an article in which a Spanish police infiltrated the independence of Catalonia and the housing movement was revealed. On that occasion the protagonist was the Spanish police who presented himself with the false name of Marc Hernández Pons.

Now, in the last issue of January, Directo has reported that the agent did not work alone. Then, in June 2020, a young Mallorcan named Daniel Hernàndez Pons arrived in the Barcelona district of Sant Andreu de Palomar. The journalists Gemma García, Jesús Rodríguez and David Bou stress that espionage cases have been carried out under the hierarchical union of Fernando Grande-Marlaska. Also, under the current legal framework, only such infiltrations can be carried out under a court order, in those related to terrorism, organised crime and drug trafficking.

In June 2020, this second infiltrate, then 31 years old, was presented to the gym of the occupied social center La Cinética de Barcelona. Direct gets the words of one of the entrepreneurs who were there: "He told us he found his address on the Internet, looking for a cheap training site. He became involved in the life of the neighborhood and in the libertarian movement, changed the aesthetic (tattoos, earrings, t-shirts with stribilles against fascism and police...) and thus gained the confidence of all. As can be seen in the report, the infiltrated agent participated in several mobilizations.

Direct reports that behind Daniel Hernández Pons is hiding a police officer with the initials DP. Their identity has been revealed by the errors made by the infiltrated police, which have given access to their past and future public data, and by the physiognomic tests carried out by the experts comparing several of their photographs.

Libertarian Meeting of Errekaleor

In Barcelona there was infiltration on the dates, the police traveled to other cities like Madrid, to a concert, or Vitoria. From 16 to 19 September 2021, it took place in the Libertarian Meetings in the occupied neighborhood of Errekaleor, on behalf of La Cinética, along with members of other collectives of the Spanish State.

"Before going to the Errekaleor days, he was appointed at the last moment, although we were going to present a guide against the aggressions, in which he did not participate," they explain from La Cinética. The t-shirts and materials purchased at Errekaleor were later worn in many places.

"Even if you strip our interiors, you will never understand the heartbeats of our hearts. But let us not forget that the police and the state are always working. We protect our spaces. Thanks to the members of La Direct for all the work done," Errekaleor members explain from social networks when they learn about the research.
