This is the fourth extension of the state of social alarm since 14 March. It has so far been supported by all parties, but this time it has been more closely linked to politics. They vote in favour of the following matches: PSOE and Unidas Podemos, Citizens, PNV, Compromís, More Country, Teruel Hay, PRC, Coalition Canaria and New Canary Islands.

ERC voted for the first time no, along with JxCat, the Cup, Forum and Vox, while ERC voted no for the first time. Bildu, UPN and BNG have abstained. The same goes for pp, but he has informed the Spanish Government that on the next occasion he will vote no to investiture.

Pedro Sánchez has stated that the state of alarm is the most effective tool that can curb inter-provincial mobility and that it had to be extended both if and if. It has also advanced that the Basque Government will not allow the decree to be adopted in several weeks. As for openness, he has pointed out that communication with communities will increase when making decisions. This was one of the conditions set by the PNV, together with the possibility of convening elections in the CAV.
