The Government has pointed out that the scientific community has advised that the gradual opening of confinement should be conditional on the detection and isolation of non-symptomatic patients, otherwise the risk of infection will increase as the confinement weakens. Consideration is being given to transferring asymptomatic patients to hotels or sports clubs, so this is not an order for the time being.
The measure raises legal doubts and the Government has already warned that it will not be necessary to declare a state of emergency if this measure is adopted.
